Another WordPress Plug-in: PostCopy

So I’ve written another WordPress plug-in, PostCopy. The purpose of this plug-in is to allow you copy a post (or page) and all the associated comments from one WordPress blog to another. The reason I wrote this was there were a few posts on my old site that I didn’t want to loseWeight Exercise so I wanted to copy them over here. I looked and although some people had documented manual ways of doing this or have even written similar plug-ins (that are no longer supported), I figured what the hell, I’ll write my own.

I doubt there is much need for a plug-in like this but I thought I would put it out there anyways.

Below are a list of the posts I copied over:

• Mouth Boogers – I wrote this in January of ’06 and I’m still getting comments on it. Who would have thought?
• My other plugins – Tagline Randomizer and X-Comments
• clip… clip… clip.. Kill Me Now! – per request of BriDawg
• reasons to hate people… – The email I sent out that got the whole blog thing started for me in the first place,

If any readers of my old site had any other posts that struck their fancy and would like them copied over, hit me back in the comments or with an email and I’ll get it back over here… I really don’t expect any requests though.
