Employed
Today was my first day at the new job. No, I don’t plan on chronicling my entire work experiences but for those of you that were concerned about my employment status, I thought I would give an update as to how things went.
Pretty. Damn. Good.
The company I’m contracting with has some pretty high expectations of me but all in all, I think everything they’re asking for is totally do-able. I’m not saying the job won’t have it’s tough times but I’m certain I can overcome the roadblocks.
The company is pretty cool, too. It’s small. i like that. The people I’ve met so far all seem pretty easy to get along with. I kind of feel bad they’re stuck working with an ass such as myself. They’ll learn to deal.
I would go on about shit but I doubt anyone cares and on top of that, I’ve had a few brewskis since getting home so I am kind of tired. All in all, a good first day.
