Dreams

When I have dreams, which is fairly regularly, they tend to be long and quite in depth. I’ve often thought that some of these dreams would make for excellent blog fodder. Today I’m going to test that theory. Below is what I can recall from a dream I had over the weekend.

I had been at a resort with several people for a vacation or offsite meeting, I’m not sure which. My former boss was flying us back to Atlanta. For the record, my former boss is not a pilot but he sure was in my dream. While in the air, we get a message from the US military. We have been asked to fly into Pyongyang to pick up a package and deliver it back to the States with us. It seems that while we were out at the resort, the US had attacked and taken over North Korea. I remember thinking to myself, why couldn’t Iraq have been this easy? Anyways, We change our flight path and land in North Korea.

The next part of the dream is kind of long and I don’t recall much of it but it basically involved the former boss and I (I’m not sure where the other passengers disappeared to) getting the plane through the airport and streets of the city. At one point we are carrying the plane over our heads like a hang-glider or something.

So when we finally receive the “package,” we realize how valuable it is. For whatever reason, the military asked us to bring Kim Yong-il to the States with us. Weird, huh? So Kim and I are chilling in the back of the plane while bossman flies the plane. For whatever reason, I was filling out some paperwork to change bank accounts (wtf?). Kim notices this and asks how I’m allowed to do this. My response to him was a very arrogant, I’m from America. We are free to do what we want.

That’s pretty much where the dream ended / I woke up. My brain confuses me.

Let us see….where to begin? Where were all the young chicks?
    :-)

Seriously though, quite an interesting dream and not much weirder than some of the dreams I have had.

I had a dream last night that I was in Blacksburg for the first game, my season tickets in hand, and never made it to the game. I could see the stadium but never made it in. Worst dream ever. I think we lost 104-74 too, which is odd.
