He did the right thing. It would have been worse if he had stuck around for another season or two. Imagine how long this nightmare could have continued. Everyone keeps saying "Cowher" but Cowher. I don't think a big name will come. That's just dreaming. I think they will pick up an OC or DC from a successful team, but not somebody like Cowher. I would be shocked.
