Last night I took one of those kickboxing cardio class things at Atlanta Kick. To summarize the experience in a word, ouch.
To summarize the experience in multiple words…
A friend of mine instructs the class and invited me out for a free session. It’s pretty much what I expected. A whole lot of bouncing around. A whole lot of punching/kicking a bag. A whole lot of sweat. A whole lot of women who are way more in shape than me.
It was a great workout. There is no denying that. I’m pretty sore all over and my calves feel petrified. I guess that means the class was a success??? Success is painful.
